WHAT'S A JOB INTERVIEW?

A job interview is a process

by which the employer evaluates skills, experiences, and personal characteristics of the job applicant. It's an interactive conversation between the employer and the candidate. It usually consists of questions and answers about the candidate's qualifications, experiences, motivations, and personality. The goal is to find out whether the candidate suits the particular position, fit in the team, and meets the employers expectations.

Job interviews can be single-round or multi round, individual or group, in person, telephone, or even online.

Preparations for a job interview

A job interview should make sense to both sides and it's needed to be prepared for it in order to impress the interviewer and increase the chance of getting the job. It's also an effective dialogue of two equal sides.

Thanks to the preparation you'll understand how to "sell" your work achievements and inner potential. My goal is to help you succeed at a job interview for positions that are in line with your strengths and life values.  With the power of career counseling and the BAZI technique I can show you in which field you should look for your application so that you use not only your strengths, but also your skills, education and interests at work. I will gladly guide you on the path to your dream job.

How can I help you?

You will try out how a job interview typically goes. I'll prepare you for the interview so that you can use it to your advantage, gain the knowledge needed to decide whether the job you applied for is the right one for you.

I'll show you how to be authentic in a meeting with a potential employer, and how to talk about your experiences and skills in an engaging way.

Together, we can create a resume or write a cover letter. In the end, you'll receive feedback from me and possibly additional recommendations on how to proceed further.
