Who I am
My name is Marianna Štrbíková. After more than 20 years working in the field of Human Resources, I became an expert in Chinese Metaphysics, specializing in the BAZI technique, as well as a professional Coach, Carrer Counselor and external HR Consultant.
As a teenager, I was fascinated by Feng Shui. I would constantly rearrange the furniture in my room, searching for the best spot to study and create without realizing that I was intuitively applying Feng Shui, one of the techniques of Chinese metaphysics. Today, I mainly use BAZI from Chinese metaphysics, but I haven’t left Feng Shui behind. My extensive knowledge in BAZI, which I mastered in Malaysia, enables me to help clients uncover their strengths, identify areas for growth, and find their ideal career path.
I am someone who constantly seeks to broaden my horizons. This is why I am gradually adding other techniques of Chinese metaphysics to my portfolio, such as Date Selection, Qi Men Dun Jia, and Mian Xiang. Each of these methods offers unique tools whether for selecting auspicious dates, making strategic decisions, or analyzing personality through facial features. With this knowledge, I provide an even more comprehensive approach to uncovering abilities and potential, helping clients make the most of every opportunity that comes their way.
During my career in the HR department, I was responsible for filling positions across the entire company. I conducted nearly 1,000 interviews and reviewed even more poorly crafted resumes. I often encountered talented candidates who struggled to "sell" themselves effectively. In such cases, my knowledge of BAZI frequently helped me assess a candidate's suitability for the role. Perhaps that was also why I decided, after leaving the corporate world, to help individuals in their interview preparation and in refining their resumes and cover letters
My mission is to open up new possibilities for people and reveal the unknown. After completing the Business Coach course at the Business Coaching College in Bratislava, I experienced the transformative power of coaching—how the right questions and techniques help clients find the answers they already carry within. I love that “aha” moment when clients discover unexpected solutions within themselves.
As a member of SAKo (Slovak Association of Coaches) and ALKP (Association of Lecturers and Career Counselors), I continually expand my skills to provide up-to-date and high-quality support. Together, we can work on discovering your potential and achieving your goals, whether in career development or personal balance.

• For entrepreneurs and companies: With my experience and the BAZI technique, I can effectively support employee recruitment at all levels, build balanced teams, and structure them to help the company achieve its goals.
Using BAZI, I analyze when favorable periods arise and when challenges can be expected. Through coaching, these challenges can be navigated with clarity, helping to elevate your life and career to a new level.
