WHAT IS COACHING?

Coaching is a conversation


guided in a specific way, during which you become more clearly aware of your own situation and you can decide on how to proceed further and what values to follow. Sometimes it only takes one conversation to realize what's most important to you, what to do, and how you'll proceed in the long term. More often, however, it takes more conversations over the course of six months up to a year to achieve such a change in your life or job that you consider satisfactory.

Coaching is currently one of the most effective methods of self-development. In the past it was mostly associated with top management, possibly athletes. Today it's used not only by Top Managers, specialized workers, but also parents after parental leave, or considering a change. Coaching is also suitable for students who are wondering where their steps will lead after finishing school, or are thinking about their future career.

Coaching is an universal tool that is applicable in various life situations. It's nice that it looks into future, helps the coachee with finding sources, on the basis of which they make an action plan, which will then help them clarify which step they'll take first and second until they reach their dream goal.

A coach doesn't advise, organize, or suggest solutions, but guides the coachee, uses their potential and with the right questions supports their journey to their goal. There are many schools and methods that are used in coaching.



Coaching allows an individual 
to achieve all their goals 
in a relatively short time
and with greater efficiency,
and to find solutions to situations 
they can't handle on their own.
